A £40 eligible print sale earns you £8. A sale through your artist link earns you £16.
Your illustrative royalty for one print.
The eligible price is the print-only selling price for the purchased size, including applicable VAT/GST, after discounts. Framing and delivery are excluded. No production or advertising costs are deducted from that amount. Refunded or cancelled sales do not earn a royalty. Actual prices and earnings vary.
Share a website, Instagram or links to 3 to 6 existing artworks. If you have no online portfolio, describe your work in the form. Tell us how you made them and whether any licences already apply.
We agree the licence, prepare listings and share the presentation for your approval. Accepted artists receive one A4 proof print before launch.
We publish your artist page and approved works, then provide your referral link and ready-to-share launch assets.
Your collection includes artist credit, a biography you approve, and a link to your portfolio. We will never invent your story or change the artwork without your approval.
See our print and framing information. Your physical proof lets you assess your own work before launch.
Artist partnerships, HUEDRA
Start with a website, Instagram or a description of your work. We ask for production files only after we agree to work together.
Yes. You grant a licence to print and promote the agreed works. HUEDRA does not acquire ownership or permission to train AI on your files.
Monthly, within 10 working days after month-end, with an itemised sales statement. We confirm payment method and any currency or transfer costs in your agreement.
Only the artworks and uses specifically agreed in writing are exclusive. The agreement sets the product category, territory, duration and treatment of existing sales channels. We do not ask for your entire portfolio.
We provide a personal link and code. A qualifying sale of your own work earns the referral rate instead of the standard rate. The agreement defines the attribution window and handling of codes, mixed baskets and refunds.
For non-exclusive work, request removal by email. We remove listings within 14 days, fulfil already accepted orders and pay royalties still owed. Exclusive works follow the term and exit conditions agreed in writing.
Start with a website, Instagram or a description of your work. If accepted, we request high-resolution originals sized for the products selected. You approve any crop or colour adjustment and confirm reproduction rights.
No. We curate and promote collections, but cannot promise sales or income. Your agreement confirms launch deliverables and discount arrangements before the collection goes live.
Illustration, painting, photography, printmaking and digital art are welcome. We look for original work with a clear creative voice and strong potential as a print.
We aim to review your enquiry and reply by email within 5 working days, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. If we need more time or examples, we will let you know.
If your work is a good fit, we discuss the licence and selected pieces, then prepare your collection and proof print for approval. Launch timing is agreed together after approval.
Submitting is an enquiry, not a licensing agreement. You retain control until we agree and sign the terms.
